Experience : 10 to 15 Years in Real Estates

Job Location : Corporate Office, Sector 136, Noida


Job Brief

1. Procurement and strategy: Develop and implement purchasing strategies for construction materials, equipment, and services, ensuring alignment with project needs and quality standards.

2. Vendor management: Identify, evaluate, and select vendors, build long-term relationships, negotiate contracts, and monitor supplier performance.

3. Cost control: Analyze project budgets, monitor expenses, and implement cost-saving measures to keep procurement costs down without compromising quality or timelines.

4. Purchase order management: Process and issue purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.

5. Coordination and communication: Work closely with site teams, finance departments, architects, and other internal departments to ensure timely delivery and resolve any issues.

6. Inventory and quality: Monitor material quality and manage inventory levels to ensure a steady supply of materials for construction sites.

7. Reporting: Prepare reports and presentations on procurement activities, costs, and vendor performance.

Sr. Executive / Assistant Manager – Sales

Experience Required: 2–6 years of relevant experience in Real Estate Sales, preferably with Builder Firms

Qualification: MBA (Regular).

DGM / GM / AVP / Head - Sales

Experience : 15 Years + in Real Estates

Job Location : Noida, Yamuna Expressway

    Core responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve company goals, including market expansion and brand positioning.
  • Recruit, train, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Set sales targets, monitor performance, conduct reviews, and provide coaching.
  • Build and manage the sales pipeline, oversee B2B/B2C sales activities, and analyse sales performance against market trends.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, investors, and channel partners.
  • Key tasks
  • Analyse sales data, market trends, and competitor activity to inform strategy.

Experience Required: 3-5 years

Job Requirements
  • Strong knowledge and extensive experience in the Noida residential real estate market
  • Experience in the Yamuna Expressway will be an added advantage
  • Candidate should have prior experience in selling luxury residential projects
