Job Brief
1. Procurement and strategy: Develop and implement purchasing strategies for construction materials, equipment, and services, ensuring alignment with project needs and quality standards.
2. Vendor management: Identify, evaluate, and select vendors, build long-term relationships, negotiate contracts, and monitor supplier performance.
3. Cost control: Analyze project budgets, monitor expenses, and implement cost-saving measures to keep procurement costs down without compromising quality or timelines.
4. Purchase order management: Process and issue purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
5. Coordination and communication: Work closely with site teams, finance departments, architects, and other internal departments to ensure timely delivery and resolve any issues.
6. Inventory and quality: Monitor material quality and manage inventory levels to ensure a steady supply of materials for construction sites.
7. Reporting: Prepare reports and presentations on procurement activities, costs, and vendor performance.

Job Location : Noida, Yamuna Expressway
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve company goals, including market expansion and brand positioning.
- Recruit, train, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Set sales targets, monitor performance, conduct reviews, and provide coaching.
- Build and manage the sales pipeline, oversee B2B/B2C sales activities, and analyse sales performance against market trends.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, investors, and channel partners.
- Analyse sales data, market trends, and competitor activity to inform strategy.
- Collaborate with the marketing team on promotional campaigns, lead generation, and advertising.
